TALLONG PARK ASSOCIATION

Welcome to Tallong Park, a residential estate of 361 hectares (892 Acres). It contains 171 blocks of residential land varying in size from 1.21 hectares (3 acres) to 4.04 hectares (10 acres) that blend harmoniously in a natural habitat shared by wild life and bushland.  The population is currently about 300.

It was planned by Ken Parkinson in the late 1980s.  All the roads are sealed and under the control of the Goulburn Mulwaree Council. However, the facilities such as the golf course, tennis courts, swimming pool and walking trails are private. There is a nine hole (with 18 tees) golf course, two all-weather tennis courts, and an indoor heated swimming pool, bush walking tracks, two lakes with barbecue facilities and a full time caretaker who lives in the Park.  It is administered by a Management Committee elected by the members of the Association which is incorporated.

Tallong is a village situated 7-kms east of Marulan and the Hume Motorway along Highland Way which is a beautiful scenic road that travels from the Hume Motorway to Tallong leading onto several small country villages such as Wingello, Penrose, Bundanoon, Exeter, Sutton Forest to Moss Vale.
